Sierra Packaging & Converting provides full digital pre-press services. We utilize the latest software tools and modern equipment. In-House graphics and plate making capability allows flawless control of processes that provides outstanding printing results.
Flexo Printing
Our machine base utilizes the latest equipment from the world’s most renowned Flexo Printing press manufactures, with capabilities up to 10 colors with a maximum web width of 59”. Our state of the art presses range from Comexi & Uteco to W&H & Bobst
Lamination
Laminated films are a combination of two or more films. We utilize solvent based, solventless and water based adhesive technologies. We can help develop the right lamination for your application, whether you need liquid containment, perforations, chemical resistance, high barrier or any other requirement for your product.
Wet/Dry Waxers
Wax paper or paraffin paper is treated with wax to provide a smooth surface that prevents other items from sticking to the paper. We offer wet & dry wax paper in different weights, size rolls and sheets for a variety of markets, from frozen food, diary, bakery, and deli products.
Slitting and Laser
We have 7 high speed slitters including some with laser technology for scoring and perforating.
Pouch/Bag Making
We have 11 bag/pouch making machines from Totani to Hudson sharp and Roan’s. We have the capability to produce a wide array of bag types.
